Privacy policy

When you place an order, checkout is handled by Shopify. Shopify collects the information needed to complete your purchase: your name, delivery address, email address and payment details. Payment information is processed by Shopify and its payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.

If you contact us or leave a note with your order, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We use order details to fulfil your purchase: packing and shipping your Foldable Cat Desk Bed, sending order and shipping updates, and handling returns or questions.

We may use your email to reply to a question you asked us. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

This site keeps your shopping cart in your browser using local storage, so your cart is still there when you come back. This information stays on your device and is only sent to Shopify when you check out.

During checkout, Shopify sets its own cookies to keep your session secure, prevent fraud and remember your cart. You can read how Shopify handles this data in Shopify’s own privacy policy.

You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time; your cart will simply start empty again.

Shipping partners: we share the delivery details needed to get your parcel to you.

Authorities: only where the law requires it, for example to prevent fraud.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You can also object to our use of your information at any time.

If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, and to handle any warranty or return questions. Anything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.

If we update this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a fresh date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
